The National Bank of Slovakia and the Anti-Trust Office have granted their consent to the takeover of IMPULS-LEASING Slovakia by Tatra – Leasing.
Igor Rechtoris and Marián Knauer will become the statutory representatives of IMPULS-LEASING Slovakia and its subsidiary IMPULS-LEASING Services from 17th August, 2021. The acquisition will be completed by a merger scheduled for Q2 2022.
The merger will be preceded by internal preparation for the company integration into the Tatra banka Group with the main goal being maintaining the customer satisfaction. At Tatra-Leasing we see this as a priority. Our aim is for IMPULS-LEASING clients to experience the same comfort during the merger period. We believe that the availability of Tatra-Leasing products, as well as Tatra banka innovations will have a significant positive impact on the clients os IMPULS-LEASING Slovakia, "adds Igor Rechtoris, Director of Tatra-Leasing.
Thanks to this transaction Tatra-Leasing will become one of the three largest leasing companies in Slovakia.
